Refund & Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kindcraft.studio1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note that our items are handmade, and small imperfections such as minor bubbles, slight texture differences, or other unique characteristics may occur and are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized items (when offered) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
